It was a huge honour to create Rachel and Darren’s semi naked wedding cake for their gorgeous wedding at Crabbs Barn in Kelvedon. Rachel’s Aunt is Gill, the owner of Courts Florist in Rayleigh who we have worked with lots of times and are both regulars at The Lawn in Rochford, so it’s always lovely when a fellow wedding supplier recommends you.
Rachel and Darren chose to have a 3 tier semi naked cake with seasonal berries, gypsophila and a dusting of icing sugar. Instead of having the fruits all around the wedding cake we decided to group them together for a slightly different look.
Their delightful flavours were Strawberry and Champagne, Lemon Drizzle and Zesty Orange.
